So why the combination of drawing and photography-
Tan Cemal Genç´s lines, and Linda Herzog´s photograhps?
We cannot immediately establish a link between these two
‚elements‘ that have been deliberateley brought together, and
that renders this dual structure even more attractive. Before
‚What must we make of it, what must we understand?‘,
this structure demands that we ask, ‚If we are to seek
meaning, wich tools must we use?‘ Let us now look at these
photographs- and – drawings with this question in mind.
