The work of learning to read experiences can actually only be described in writing to a certain extent. The following may come across as somewhat abstract and rather lifeless and it may even prompt similarly lifeless or abstract feelings in reaction, despite the fact that it is an activity strongly relating to life. – What cannot be described or generalised is the experience itself, and the effects thereof on a human being, of working on an experience, be it in a group or alone.
One ‘may’ describe the guiding principles on how to approach experience work, note the word ‘may’. Biography-work could be approached in quite another way. – This particular kind of experience-work is new. It is thus in its infancy. But a start has been made.
