Sam is afraid of bedtime, and who wouldn’t be if they were in his shoes? You see, every evening when the sun goes down and his mother switches off the light, three monsters – the Stomper, the Cutter, and the Plumper – come crawling out of his closet and out from under his bed. And what monsters they are! His family has been trying for ages to talk him out of his fears, but Sam knows better. He can feel the three creatures watching him every night, just at the edge of his bed, waiting for an excuse to pounce and gobble him up. One evening, however, his mother has an idea: Could staging a „Monster Musical“ with shadow puppets provide an opportunity to get rid of Sam’s monsters once and for all.?
