„Diatonic Scale“ is the name of the „simple“ major scale and consists of only seven notes (the chromatic scale consists of 12 notes). This scale greatly simplifies the playing of melodies.
In this book, numbers are used for the notes – the vocal melody determines the time to play and the length of the notes.

In the book and on the website many instrument charts can be found – incl. the basic note and the matching numbers.
