Grossartig is a quarterly magazine for photography, illustration and design. It is unwieldy, bulky and huge because we want to consciously set a counterpoint to the 72dpi-world of the internet. It is addressed to visually-oriented creative people and invites them – very traditionally – to directly experience the power of the printed image with a passion for details and an analog slowness – calmly, leisurely. At the same time, the Grossartig website only shows playful, artistic videos in connection with the magazine.
