This book is for slightly advanced harmonica players. You should be able to play single notes, „Bending“ is not necessary. Because of the use of a „tablature“ you don’t need to know the classic music notation.

First chapter: an overview of the history of the Blues and Bluesharp players. Next is about the structure of the Blues and the special rhythm „shuffle“. Then one of the main topics for the harmonica – the playing technique „2nd position / Crossharp“ – is explained, including improvisation examples and „Blues pattern“.

You will get the eBook with text and tablatures and for all exercises mp3 sounds and videos (avaiable online).

TABLATURE: a few simple symbols tells the rhythm of the melody, the channel numbers of the instrument are for the right tone.
SOUND: all exercises are recorded in this way: in the left stereo channel you will hear the guitar and the harmonica, in the right stereo channel the guitar only. So its easy to switch between the melody and the pure guitar accompaniment.
VIDEO: the videos contains the tablature and the sound, the notes, that have to be played are highlighted.
