There can be no life without water – neither organisms nor artefacts would exist without it. In our next issue we go for a dive for our main theme, take a swim and set sail, and examine water-based architecture, lack of water and water policy. Besides the physical states of ice, liquid and vapour, we also look at the importance of virtual water in the design process.
