No. 262 Scenography

Trade fairs, theatre stages, and exhibitions are all examples for the enactment of space that allow us to perceive and experience products, narratives, and objects in a preplanned way. The means of presenta tion and their impact will be covered in the next issue, along with their effect on chronological sequences and operations performed within space. This not only raises the question of the extent to which design can draw lessons from the working methods and approaches of scenography, but also the matter of how events can be staged if they take place in a virtual environment.
