Here is a comparison of the behavior of lizards „Pogona vitticeps“ and humans. Certain instinctive behavior can be noticed in both. Humans often do things unconsciously and science is learning more and more about such actions. Evolution gave humans reason and intelligence, but some humans still act as animals. Aggressive behavior and dominance of males over females must be reduced in order to spread equal rights for all and establish a more peaceful society.
In general it depends on how we see things and which influences control our thinking process. Is life predestined or is everything that happens coincidental?
I used to think our destiny can be read in the stars but since I’ve observed the lives of the lizards, I have changed my mind.
